Residential Manager's position to work in a specialist childrens home catering for young people with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties. Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 1 year's U.K. experience of managing a childrens home, have NVQ level 4 in care and their registered managers award. This company will also look at experienced Senior Support Workers who have their NVQ3 in Care and are looking to progress their career. You will be required to manage the day-day running of the home as well as carrying out staff appraisals, managing your own budget, working to strict inspection legislation, winning business from local authorities and attending regular meetings.
