I have a rare opportunity for an experienced residential manager to join this company and head up an already busy 4 bedded children's home. The clients are aged 11 - 16 and display high end challenging behaviour.
As the manager you will be expected to ensure the home is ran in a compliant manner in accordance to ofstead regulations and be accountable for all day - day happenings.
You will manage a strong staff team and ensure supervisions are carried out on a regular basis.
