Home Manager required for this medium sized nursing home in Oxfordshire


The ideal candidate will be RGN qualified and have completed their RMA. Previous experience at management level in a similar environment is essential.

This would be an exciting opportunity for an existing Home Manager as there are a number or plans for expansion over the next year or equally an opportunity for a Deputy Manager of a large home ready to take the next step in their career.

This home is excellent rated and has an outstanding reputation in the community, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain and build on this already impressive home and continue with the good work that has already been put in whilst working closely with the owner to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
