A leading luxurious private hospital are seeking a Senior Ward Staff Nurse to work in their Orthopaedics ward. You will be working as a member of the Senior Ward Nursing team to provide high quality care to patients pre and post operation.

Aswell as providing a high level of care to patients, you will also need to manage staff and be responsible for management of the nursing floor or unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Deputy Ward Manager.

You will be working mixed shifts. One shift is 7:00 - 14:45, the other shift is 13:30 - 21:30. No night work is required unless you choose to do overtime.

The successful candidates will need to be RGN qualified with a background in Orthopaedics or General Surgery. You will need to have good verbal and written skills, be approachable and have the ability to work in a pressured environment.

Excellent rates of pay and benefits are on offer with career progression encouraged.
