Committed Home Manager needed for a 4-5 bedded Children's home in South Nottinghamshire. This private care company takes a therapeutic approach, provides excellent standards of accommodation and integrates therapy, care and education for traumatised young people from the ages of 8-18. Managers here need to be totally committed and be able to deal with Local Authorities, inspectors, general admin and the children’s behaviour. They also need to know the care standards and be able to apply them. In return this organisation offer excellent salaries and the opportunity to work with a committed team which includes a director of therapeutic care, a family therapist, two integrative psychotherapists and a creative arts therapist.
